Method
- Put sliced carrots in a saucepan and add safe filtered water to cover. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce the heat. Simmer until fork tender, about 20 minutes. Drain in a colander.
- In the same saucepan, add honey, coconut aminos, garlic powder and grated ginger. Heat just until it starts to bubble.
- Return carrots to the pan and gently stir to coat. Transfer to serving dish.
