Method
- Heat oil in a large skillet.
- Saute onions until they are soft and beginning to brown.
- Add Italian Turkey Sausage, cooking and breaking up into bite-size pieces.
- Without stirring, add zucchini, yellow squash and water. Cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Stir, cover, cook, and repeat for 30-40 minutes, or until squash is cooked as desired.
- Add cooked carrots and sprinkle with steak seasoning. Cook without covering until heated through.
- Stir and serve.
